I had called several septic companies in our area. They all quoted really high & did not have very good customer service. I appreciated the friendly staff and quick service from Septico. It ended up being a lot cheaper than what I was quoted. I am very happy & will definitely recommend them in the future!

This is our first time getting our tank pumped. Although the previous owners of our house used a local company, I really wanted to support a more local business, closer to our area upcountry. Setting up an appointment was easy, rescheduling was even easier. Talking to Steven (owner), was very pleasant. I wanted to be present when they came out. After waiting 30 minutes, I didn't see or hear anyone. I called the office and they checked with the driver. Turns out they came, pumped, and left without me noticing. While I was bummed that it was so fast and easy, and I missed a show, I'm sure I dodged a mental picture of all the crap Robert pumped. The coolest thing is that I was not able to send them a Zelle payment until payday and they said "no worries, we will make a note and pay us when you get paid." Who does that these days? Steven is such a great guy and he is supportive of our local community. I am proud to support SEPTICO and will continue to do so for all our septic needs. I highly recommend using their services and keeping our local businesses afloat!

Last August we had our septic tank pumped and inspected and was the best company to deal with and the best price we could find. Well last Saturday or line had a collusion blockage past the clean out on the way to the septic. I tried to unblock it but no luck. So Steve sent a guy today and he tried to water blast it free but once again no luck so he went and got a aluminum pole and made a J-Hook to stick in tank and go up the main drain line and knock loose the blockage and gave us the J-Hook if it ever happens again for us to clear it. This is how good of a company he is let alone the quick service he gave us and had to come back twice and give us the tool because we are one of his customers that he felt bad that people on a fixed income with zero extra cash and didn’t charge us nothing. Never did I think that having my poop tank pumped would be a great experience but here I am. The gentleman that came out today not only took care of business he explained everything, showed me how everything works, and really helped me understand why my alarm was going off. Super nice guy. Everything from the first call, scheduling, and service was amazing.

5 stars would give them 10 stars if I could! Came out on a Saturday with no emergency or overnight fees. Fantastic service and honest people. Part of the community and sponsor local events. Called them on a Saturday due to a back up and was stressed about getting someone to come take care of it. They came out and got it taken care of with a fantastic attitude. Helped inform us on proper ways to care for our tank and how often we should have it flushed, explained the systems to us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone having issues.

Steve the owner is great. He provided the best customer service you could wish for. Steve also made himself available same day to address my emergency late on a Saturday afternoon. His rates were also much less than one of his competitors up here. His competitor also had been charging me in the past for a 1500 gal tank when in fact my septic is only 1000 gallon. I experienced an emergency septic issue and called Steve from Septico. The professionalism Steve displayed was exceptional. Steve arrived at my home within 20 minutes of calling him at Septico, which was also shortly before he closed for the day (a Saturday at that!). He diagnosed the problem, connected me with a plumber, and had the issue repaired and resolved within an hour's time. I have lived in our rural community for several years now and have never had such prompt service from a local provider. Thank you, Steve, for your outstanding service to the community. Last night my husband and i noticed that our septic was leaking. I looked through a few local companies in hopes to have someone come look at the issue and came across a few that really let me down. After doing some more searching i came across Septico. I cannot express how thankful i am that I found Septico! Steve was awesome and came to my home the next day to save the day! I called Steve to come empty my tank on my trailer and it was full and he was there within a couple of hours, he had one stop before mine and he was there right on time very prompt and he explained everything to me about my septic tank, things i had no idea about. If the rating chart went to 10 i would give him a 10 instead of a 5. Anyone who calls Steve will not be sorry he had me taken care of within 30 minutes at th most. He also did my sister and bother in laws house septic a while back and they also were very happy with his service and for a more reasonable price than anyone else around. And his little mascot Holly is the most adorable little miniature dashound that rides with him she's as cute as they come. Very well done Steve, I would recomend you any day of the week. Great service! Called back in 15 minutes, showed up an hour later and cost $75 less than the other local company that said they couldn't come out for another week. Also, he did a thorough job of cleaning out the tank. Friendly, professional and prompt!

Septic system (tank) was full and overflowing. Tenants could no longer use toilets. Septico arrrived the next day and pumped out a very compacted system which was very time consuming and difficult. This lasted much longer due to the impacted tank until dark. Owner, Steve, even met me later that evening, after he had gone home for the day, and loaned me his "electric snake" so I could unclog leach line from tank the next morning. Very friendly and courteous service. Was not charged for emergency service, overtime, and use of snake. He charges at least 20% less than his overpriced competition that has become accustomed to being the only "game in town/county". I highly recommend this service and encourage everyone to utilize it. You will be very happy you did!

My septic tank was backing up on Saturday 9/17 and I needed it pumped ASAP. I called Sweet Pea, closed. I called the 24 hour emergency line for Foothill, nobody scheduled for this weekend. Finally I called Steve at Septico and he was at my house 3 hours later. I was beyond impressed with Steve's professionalism and promptness. I will be calling him in the future and I encourage others to do so as well.
